At MateGenius.ai, we strive to offer high-quality, innovative digital products to enhance your business workflows. We uphold a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for our users.
Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales are generally considered final. Payments made for MateGenius products are not refundable, with the following exceptions:
1. Unused Subscription Periods: For monthly or yearly subscription products, refunds may be issued for unused subscription periods only. Refunds are provided for future, unaccessed months in the case of a monthly subscription or for future years in the case of a yearly subscription.
2. Individual Agreement: For any non-subscription digital product, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided that you have not accessed or utilized the product.
For subscription-based products:
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly fees are charged each month on the same day as the initial purchase. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by contacting our support team at help@trymate.io before the next billing cycle.
Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly fees are charged annually on the same day as the initial purchase. If you would like to cancel your yearly subscription, please inform us before the renewal date at help@trymate.io.
Free Trial Periods: If a free trial is offered, subscription charges will commence automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before this date.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your MateGenius.ai products and services for any remaining paid subscription period. Once the subscription period concludes, access to all content, features, and materials will end.
If you decide to terminate your subscription early, the refund amount, if eligible, will be calculated based on the number of unused months (for monthly subscriptions) or unused years (for yearly subscriptions) following the termination date.
