Blog Assistant Bot v2

These Scenarios require some type of input. The input serves as context for the A.I. For the blog assistant, our input is the following four variables -
Topic (the topic of the article)
Style (the tone or writing style of the article)
Subtopic (the deeper ideas the article will explore)
Context (thoughts or notes on the topic)
These are input through a JotForm. So you’ll need an account (it’s free).

Once you have a Jotform account, you can create a form (it’s really easy). It’ll look like this (sort of…I have some advanced form stuff to share at the end)

The next few modules are GPT modules, each tasked to provide new information expanding on your blog article topic. By the end the scenario, you’ll be given title suggestions, an outline, questions to ask, and answers to those questions.
The last module delivers all of that information to your email.
If these assistants are for your team, then you’ll need to replace the Gmail module with a Google Doc on a shared drive, a Dropbox, Teams channel, or Slack.
FB Ads Assistant v2

This scenario is identical to the Blog Assistant, except the goal is to help with creating Facebook Ads (or other ads).
For the form inputs here, we have -
Product (what you are selling)
Product Description (more details about what you are selling)
Solution (the benefits of what you are selling)
Offer (what you are offering - i.e. sales price, free trial, etc)

Sales Page Assistant v2

The Sales Page Assistant is literally identical to the Facebook Ads Assistant, except for the GPT prompts. It helps to aid you in writing a sales page, but it uses the same inputs as the Ads Assistant, so you don’t have to create a new form or new questions in Jotform.
*BONUS ADVANCED JOTFORM INFO
In Jotform, have your first question be a dropdown with the options for Blog, FB Ads, or Sales Page.

Then add a page break.
Then add ALL your questions for all assistants (variables for Blog AND Product details) -

Then, in the Settings tab, under Conditions, set these conditions -

This will then only show the variables you need for the assistant you are using. That way, you only have to use ONE form for all three Assistants.
(note - you have to create a new webhook for each scenario, but you can use the same form).
