For this scenario, first you will need design “assets.” 

We recommend using Canva (unless you have other design platforms you prefer). We recommend creating one long image that is 1080x10800px (or in the case of Canva, which doesn’t allow images that large, two images that are 1080x5400). 

We recommend making it one continuous image, but you can also just create a 1080x1080 template image to use in each carousel image. 

If you choose to create a long continuous image, you’ll need to split it up evenly. This is a free service you can use to do that - CLICK HERE

Aside from the background image, we also recommend creating icons. 

Create this in Canva, for example, by placing them (no more than 200px in height) somewhere on the background canvas where they won’t be overlaid on any text. 

Then delete the background image and download the icon with a transparent background. 

You’ll need to then upload ALL assets (10 background images and however many icons) into a Cloudinary account (sign up free here - CLICK HERE). 

A big part of how this scenario works is based on Cloudinary “transformations.” The transformations are already created for you in the template, but if you want to make modifications, you’ll need to understand what each URL parameter is doing.

Now onto the scenario. 

First, in the topic randomizer, you need to replace the current text with topics of your own:

Next, inthe icon randomizer, you need to replace the variables with the file names of the icons you’ve uploaded into Cloudinary.

Next, the GPT modules have prompts that are mainly set to “business” but feel free to modify them in the way that best suits your needs. 

In each Cloudinary module you’ll notice image transformation instructions. These are the instructions that overlay text and the icon onto the background image.

You can modify variables such as the width of the text block (w_), the font (Ubuntu) or it’s size. You can also modify the positioning (y_-170). 

Notice the “replace” formulas. This replaces those special characters with their URL encoded versions because otherwise they may break the URL. 

The transformation is essentially overlaying text and imagery onto the background image. The background image is set in the module, and you’ll notice the icon variable at the end of the transformation url. This randomly selects one of your icons to overlay along with the text. 

Everything else is set. You will also notice that the Hook is in the IG Carousel caption. You can also modify this to say something else, add a GPT module just for the caption, or include the text from all of the images.

This is your scenario now so it’s up to you to make it work specifically for you and your business.
