Email Inbox Bot v2 

This bot is for your personal email (or work email). 

Remember to connect your email account to Make. This scenario uses Gmail, but you can use whatever provider you wish so long as it integrates with Make. Just copy over the parameters if you choose to use a different one. 

Note the filter after the first module. 

This is so you can only use this response bot for emails from a SPECIFIC address. You can remove this filter and respond to ALL emails as well if you wish. 

Or you can filter by a number of other factors. It’s your scenario so you’re in control of how you use it. 

Once you connect your accounts, everything will work as expected and emails will automatically be replied to by GPT. Feel free to edit the GPT prompt to fit your needs. 

Do not forget to input examples so that the AI can mimic your voice (or the voice of whomever you choose). OR, don’t use examples at all. The choice is yours.

The last module sends the reply out. 

**Please note that Google products do not allow triggers from external actions; only timer or schedule based. That means the scenario will only run at the intervals you set (by clicking the clock on the first module). When you set the “Maximum number of results” in the first module, this tells it how many emails from your inbox (that it hasn’t read yet) to get at one time. 

So, for example, if you set the scenario to run daily, and set maximum number of results to 10, then it will grab the last 10 emails you received that it hasn’t processed yet. So be sure to set the scheduler and the maximum number of results to appropriate numbers.
