Review Sentiment Analysis
The purpose of this scenario is to allow you to upload your (or your competitor’s) product reviews (via CSV file from H10 or similar) and have A.I. analyze them and provide insights and business intelligence for you and your business.
This scenario requires a (free) Jotform account (CLICK HERE). Once you have a Jotform account, you can create a form (it’s really easy).
Just add a short text input and a file upload input to create your form.
Once you have the form, then you need to connect it to your scenario.
You do this by clicking Add on the first module, and then Make will create a webhook. Simply name your webhook and then tell it which form you want it connected to and that’s it.
*PROTIP, you need to run the Jotform module first before any output can be used as a variable in other modules. So, disconnect Jotform from all other modules and then click run. Then fill out your form (go to the Publish page and just open it in a new window) and click Submit. This will trigger the module. Then when you reconnect it, you’ll see your answers as variables.
Beyond this, all other variables are already in place. Though, if you so choose, you may alter the GPT prompts within the GPT modules.
In the Gmail module, make sure to input YOUR email address.
*PROTIP sometimes Gmail won’t send an email to the same address as the one connected to Make. So if you don’t see it go through, just look in your “sent” folder…it will be there.
*PRO PROTIP you do NOT have to use Gmail. You can use any email provider that Make integrates with. This is just a place to put your output.
The last two modules simply wait a second and then make a Jotform API call.
That API call deletes the review file you uploaded (you have limited space and you don’t need it again anyway).
After you’ve set this scenario up and turn it on, whenever you fill out your form with the name of your product and the CSV review file from Helium 10 (or comparable service) you’ll get a comprehensive review analysis emailed directly to you.
